Holektiv

The Holektiv ensemble was officially founded in 2016 when Andrea Vykysalová (Benková), Eva Stará, and Karolína Křížková (Maštalířová) came together with the desire to start creating together. This encounter led to the emergence of a purely female ensemble on the Czech cultural scene. Holektiv combines physical theatre, dance, and contemporary circus. Over the years, the ensemble has managed to develop its unique signature style and poetics. They perform on both Czech and international stages. In addition to their choreographic and performance activities, they are also involved in dance and contemporary circus education.
